Manish Sabharwal is co-founder and chairman of TeamLease Services. He has a management degree from Wharton and sees himself as a crusader for labour reforms in India. Since its inception in 2002, TeamLease has placed more than half a million people in temporary and permanent jobs.

Ashok Reddy is currently Managing Director, Indian Institute of Job Training and co-founder of TeamLease Services, India’s leading staffing solutions company. Prior to this he was co-founder of India Life Hewitt (currently Hewitt Outsourcing Asia), which was India’s first HR BPO firm and went on to be Asia’s largest. He started his career in investment banking in Mumbai. Ashok graduated from Shriram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and got a management degree from IIM Bangalore.

Senior management professional with extensive experience in operations, business development and people management. Worked in high technology industries including software, systems, telecom and engineering. Experience in starting up independent business unit operations form scratch including strategic planning, setting up team, infrastructure and processes, and driving execution to achieve customer satisfaction and business results, with strong emphasis on values.

Vikrant Pande has been a Corporate Executive for past 22 years, and was part of many Multinational Corporations in India like GE Capital, CitiFinancial and MetLife Insurance holding senior positions. Mr Pande comes with tremendous experience in having recruited, trained and mentored thousands of people as part of his earlier roles and is passionate about making people employable. His foray into Education is with the belief that there is a urgent need to build the bridge between Education and Employment and that every step in the direction will make the vision of a Skilled India come true. Mr Pande is a Mechanical Engineer from M.S University of Baroda and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
